Can I add a prompt to my PDQ during a transaction?

The PDQ can be configured so it prompts additional data be entered during a transaction. You may wish to use this to capture, for example:

• ticket number
• table number
• room number
• booking reference
• job number
• invoice number

To update the terminal, call us on 0844 811 6666*. Please have your bank details to hand, as we'll need to complete a security check to make the change to your account.
