Can I take payment on Electron cards when the customer isn’t present?

Previously, it wasn't possible for an Electron card to be used without the customer present. However, the rules have since changed and it's now possible, following an update to your PDQ. To do this, just call us on 0844 811 6666*. Please have your bank details to hand, as we'll need to complete a security check to make the change to your account.
