What should I do if a get an error message on my PDQ machine such as Line Busy, Sorry for Delay or Re-dialling?

Firstly you need to check the phone line to make sure this is working properly. Then try powering your PDQ terminal on and off. You can also try removing the line splitter or any other equipment you have connected to the socket to see if this helps.
