When would I use a manual voucher?
If your PDQ terminal isn't working properly or you have a power or telephone network failure, you may have to use your imprinter as a back-up, completing the transaction using a sales voucher. Take a look at the ‘hints and tips' section in your PDQ manual for more detail. If you rent a PDQ terminal from us please report any fault to our Customer Services Department on 0844 811 6666*.
