Why are some Chargebacks debited immediately and some pended until we reply to you?

Within Card Scheme regulations there are over 90 different reasons why a chargeback might be raised. Where we are able to defend the initial chargeback by providing the card issuer with the relevant information we will write to our customers first and pend the debit. This does not mean that we will not defend any Chargeback if you are able to provide us with the appropriate evidence.
