Why should I keep a copy of vouchers and transaction details and how long should I keep them?
It is a requirement of your Merchant Agreement with us that vouchers must be retained as evidence of a transaction. We suggest you keep vouchers for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 18 months. If you are unable to provide a copy of a requested voucher, there is a high chance you will be charged back.
