If my PCI DSS Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) is wrong will you tell me?

If you use either our Data Security Manager (DSM) or Proactive Security Service (PSS), you’ll have support to help you complete your SAQ correctly.

If you upload your SAQ to DSM, we’ll ask you to confirm that the documents validate your compliance. We then check to see if your documents meet the criteria for a ‘compliant’ status. If we identify that you need to correct your upload, we’ll get in contact by email.
