I don’t want to use SecurityMetrics online service; where can I get a PCI DSS Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) from?
If you are a level 4 merchant you should use the free service we have negotiated with SecurityMetrics to establish which SAQ type you need to complete. You can do this by going to http://www.securitymetrics.com and clicking on ‘learn more' or by calling them via option 4 on the Barclaycard IVR or direct on 0844 561 1662*.
Once you know the SAQ type you can download the latest version from the following website https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/saq/index.shtml
