Your selected question

How can Barclaycard Data Security Manager help me with my PCI DSS validation?

We have created Barclaycard Data Security Manager to help our smaller merchants to validate their compliance. The programme will provide you with all the tools, information and support you'll need to help you reach, record and maintain your compliance.
The Data Security Helpdesk will give advice to help the merchant select the appropriate Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) for their business and can help the merchant decide if scans are needed. The Data Security Helpdesk can be contacted on 0844 811 0089* (lines are open from 8am to 8pm Mon-Fri and from 9am to 12 noon on Saturdays).

Barclaycard Data Security Manager provides a service where the SAQ can be completed online and merchants have access to technical support by telephone. There will be a charge for our Barclaycard Data Security Manager service based on the complexity of the merchant's payment processing environment. This means that the costs may differ from merchant to merchant. The Data Security fee will be added to the monthly merchant service charge statement.

If you already have a validated certificate from a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), or Internal Security Assessor (ISA), we require you to upload the documents (including passing quarterly network scans if required) through the Data Security Portal. There is no charge for uploading validated documents to the Portal. Please note, if you have enrolled with Security Metrics to validate your PCI DSS compliance you are not required to upload your documents to the portal.

Alternatively if you have an Internal Security Assessor (ISA) or are multi-required and have certification that has been completed via either of those routes, these documents should be uploaded too.
