Which version of the PCI DSS Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) should I use?
All merchants must use SAQ version 2.0 from 1/1/2012; i.e. merchants can continue to use SAQ version 1.2 up until 31/12/2011 and it will be valid for 12 months. If the SAQ is not ‘passing' at the 31/12/2011, any further submissions must be on V2.0.
