Are Standing Orders and Direct Debits covered by the Faster Payments Service?
Standing Order payments will be sent via the Faster Payments Service if the receiving bank is part of the scheme and if the payment amount falls within the Faster Payment Scheme Limit.
Direct Debit payments are not affected by the Faster Payments Service.
