I have just received an email to tell me that my Barclaycard Commercial Card MI report(s) is on the server, but I cannot find it. Why is this?

Was the report sent to a group email address? If so the report may have been removed from the server by one of your colleagues. If not please email MI Services and we will arrange to investigate and re-send.
