How do I choose my memorable word?
You can choose your own memorable word, which must be a 6-8 letter word. Your surname, consecutive letters, keyboard sequences or more than 2 letters in a row e.g. abcdef, qwerty or shooot are not permitted.
To help you remember your word you are also required to enter a reminder but do not enter your memorable word as the reminder.
Each time you log in you will be asked to enter your username, your passcode and characters from your memorable word.
