I have forgotten my passcode, what do I do?
Click on the link 'Forgotten your passcode' and simply follow the on screen instructions. You will need your Barclaycard to hand and your memorable word. These details enable us to verify your identity and protect your account information from being accessed by an unauthorised person. If you don't have these details to hand you can return to this screen at any time by clicking the 'Forgotten your passcode' link.
Once you are logged in you can change your passcode at any time by clicking on 'Your settings' and following the on screen instructions in the 'Your security settings' section.
