I have forgotten my username / ID number, what do I do?

Click on the link 'Forgotten your username or ID number?' and simply follow the on screen instructions. You will need your Barclaycard to hand.

Once you are logged in you can choose a new username at any time by clicking on 'Your settings' and following the on screen instructions in the 'Your security settings' section.
