Your selected question

What information do I need to login to mybarclaycard?

Each time you login to mybarclaycard you will be required to enter three security details.

On step 1 in the first box, enter EITHER your username (8 to 16 characters long) OR ID number (9 numbers long).  In the second box enter your passcode (6 numbers long). This will be the same one to use if you call us.

If you cannot remember your username or ID number click on the link 'Forgotten your username or ID number?' and simply follow the on screen instructions.  You will need your Barclaycard to hand.

If you cannot remember your passcode click on the link 'Forgotten your passcode' and follow the on screen instructions.  You will need your Barclaycard to hand and your memorable word.

Step 2 will ask for two letters from your memorable word.

If you cannot remember your memorable word click on the link 'Forgotten memorable word' and follow the on screen instructions.  You will need your Barclaycard to hand and your passcode.

These three different security details are only known to you and Barclaycard and work in combination to help protect you from fraud and identity theft. The details you enter enable us to verify your identity as they're chosen by you and protect your account information from being accessed by an unauthorised person.
