How do I choose my username?
You can choose your own username, and it must be between 8 and 16 characters (containing both numbers and letters and no spaces).
If the username is already in use, you will be asked to select another and try again.
We also recommend that you don't duplicate log in details with those held at other financial institutions.
Each time you log in you will be asked to enter your username, your passcode and characters from your memorable word.
