I paid my Barclaycard bill online but it's not showing on my account, what do I do?

We recommend that if you made this payment online by debit card, log into your account and check your Activity Log. This will show you if your payment request was submitted and if it was successful.

If there is no record of your payment in your log, or your payment was not successful, you will need to submit your payment again.

Don't forget, it can take 2 days to credit your account. To see details of processed payments click on the Recent Transactions page in account services.
