Can I amend my Direct Debit instructions online?
Yes, you can amend your existing Direct Debit instructions and also change your bank details, just follow the online instructions.
Any changes you make to the amount we collect by Direct Debit within 7 working days of your payment date may not take effect until your next payment date. Any changes to your bank details made within 12 working days of your next payment date may also not take effect until after your next payment is collected.
