For security reasons the service does not allow unlimited registration attempts.
Once your registration has failed you will be asked to contact our dedicated Internet Customer Services Team who can provide you with immediate assistance by ringing 0844 556 0105 (+44 1452 828 001 when calling from abroad) between 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week. Guide to call charges.
