I have forgotten my identification number (ID number) for account services - how can I find out what it is?
Click on the link 'Forgotten your username or ID number?' under the box and follow the instructions. You will need your Barclaycard to hand and your memorable word.
If you are unable to login after three attempts access to mybarclaycard will be locked for security reasons and you will need to contact our dedicated Internet Customer Services Team who can provide you with immediate assistance by ringing 0844 556 0105 (+44 1452 828 001 when calling from abroad) between 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week.
