I have forgotten my memorable word - what do I do?

We have simplified our log in process by displaying your memorable word reminder on step 2 of log in. If you are still unable to remember your memorable word, click on the link 'Forgotten memorable word' and follow the instructions. You will need your Barclaycard to hand and your passcode.

If you are unable to login after three attempts access to mybarclaycard will be locked for security reasons and you will need to contact our dedicated Internet Customer Services Team who can provide you with immediate assistance by ringing 0844 556 0105 (+44 1452 828 001 when calling from abroad) between 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week. You can change your memorable word reminder at any time by clicking on 'Your settings' link at the top of the page and follow the 'Change your memorable word' link in the 'Your Security settings' section.
