When I log in to my account online, I get the message 'No account summary'. Why?

If you report your card as lost or stolen, in order to protect your account we block the card and it becomes invalid immediately. As an extra safeguard we also disable access to your account online - so you will not be able to view it.

If you have reported your card with our Lost & Stolen department, your new card details will be available online. If you have not reported your card as lost or stolen, please ring Internet Customer Services on 0844 556 0105* between 8am – 10pm 7 days a week.
