What happens if my card stops working e.g. fails to work on London Transport or for a contactless/ Chip and PIN transaction?

You should contact Barclaycard Customer Services as soon as possible on 0844 811 9111*, open 24 hours daily.  We will help you and arrange a replacement if this is required.

In the interim you can get a blue Oyster card for your Oyster travel at tfl.gov.uk/oyster
