How can I set up my Direct Debit?
You can set up a Direct Debit either online by logging into your account or by calling Customer Services on 0844 811 9111*.
To set up a Direct Debit, you will need to your bank name, account number and sort code. You must be the account holder and the only person required to authorise debits from the account.
Please note some banks and building societies may not accept Direct Debit instructions for some types of accounts.
