I booked a holiday I couldn’t take because the company has gone into liquidation, how can I claim this back?
A holiday or a flight has been booked and either the tour operator, travel agent or airline has ceased trading and the holiday/flights are not available.
We will need you to send one or more of the following:
- Letter from liquidator/Bonded company
- Copies of all sales receipts
- Copies of the holiday invoice
- Original airline tickets
