I booked a holiday I couldn’t take because the company has gone into liquidation, how can I claim this back?

A holiday or a flight has been booked and either the tour operator, travel agent or airline has ceased trading and the holiday/flights are not available.

We will need you to send one or more of the following:

  • Letter from liquidator/Bonded company
  • Copies of all sales receipts
  • Copies of the holiday invoice
  • Original airline tickets
