What should I do if I didn’t receive goods/services that I've purchased?

This is relevant if you have ordered goods or services and part or all of the transaction has been paid for using your Barclaycard. You should only contact us if the date for which the goods or services were due to be delivered has passed or you are aware the merchant is unable to deliver the goods/services eg retailer in liquidation or ceased trading. We would ideally need copies of any receipts or invoices in order to support your claim.
