What is Purchase Delivery Protection?
Purchase Delivery Protection is a free service that covers you when you buy new goods (not second hand purchases and antiques) with your Barclaycard.
It's designed to help if your goods don't arrive or are delivered damaged and you can't resolve the issue with the supplier. It covers online shopping, purchases made over the phone and also High Street shopping if the goods are delivered to your door.
