How do I query a transaction on my account?

To query a transaction online you can either login or register to our new account services. Locate the transaction you are unsure about and using the icon reveal the additional details. If you are still unsure, using the link to query the transaction answer some questions and follow the simple process to print a pre-populated form that you can post into us.
