How do I make a complaint?

We want to hear from you if you feel unhappy about the service you have received from Barclays Bank PLC regarding the sales process. Letting us know your concerns gives us the opportunity to put matters right for you and improve our service to all our customers. You can make a complaint regarding the insurance product by writing to the Customers Services Team at Barclays Insurance (Dublin) Limited, PO Box 586, Shannon, County Clare, Ireland.

If you still feel the matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR, telephone: 0845 080 1800. Contacting this organisation will not affect your legal right to take action against us.
