Do I need to change my Direct Debit details?
No, we've automatically transferred your Direct Debit ready for your first Barclaycard payment, so you don't need to do anything and your Direct Debit payments will show as ‘Barclaycard', rather than ‘Egg', on your bank statement.
Your bank may notify you independently and you may see a comment on your bank statement advising you of the final payment under the old name details and the first payment under the new name details.
Remember, if you have an outstanding balance you'll need to continue making payments in line with the Terms and Conditions of your account.
