What has happened to my existing interest rate and any promotional rates on my Egg Card account?
Your interest and promotional rates have not been affected as a result of this change. Now the transfer of your account to Barclaycard is complete, if you have multiple balance transfer promotional rates on your account, your balances will move on to the lowest promotional offer rate and for the longest duration, helping to reduce the cost of your borrowing.
Your interest rate will continue to be reviewed and should there be any change in the future, we'll let you know in advance.
Once you've accessed mybarclaycard you'll be able to view the details of your interest rates online.
