Why did you get in touch with me when I’ve informed you the account holder is deceased?
Following the transfer of ownership of Egg credit card accounts to Barclaycard, we have a legal requirement to send you certain communications, for example any Notice of Variation. This is because at the time of writing there was either a credit or debit balance showing on the account.
