Do I need to create a username?
No, but you may find a username that you choose yourself easier to remember each time you log in, rather than using our automatically generated ID number or your card number.
After you've launched your online account, each time you log in you'll be asked for:
o your user ID. You can enter your automatically generated user ID, your chosen username or your card number.
o your passcode. This is a 6 digit number that you can select yourself.
o 2 letters from your memorable word which you can also choose yourself.
