After I've launched my account, what will I normally need to enter to log in to my account online?
Each time you log in you'll be asked for:
o your user ID. You can enter your automatically generated user ID, your chosen username or your card number.
o your passcode. This is a 6 digit number that you can select yourself.
o 2 letters from your memorable word which you can also choose yourself.
To make it easier for you to remember you can select your own username, passcode and memorable word, and you can also give yourself a reminder for your memorable word if you think you might forget it.
You can update any of this information by logging into your account and selecting the Your settings tab. Then just follow the instructions in the Your security settings section.
