Should I have got a Barclaycard if I’m on a card repayment plan?
No, due to the status of your account we won't be able to give you a new Barclaycard. Instead, you'll have been moved to an equivalent Barclaycard repayment plan. This will be on the same rates and terms as your Egg card repayment plan. Please continue to make any agreed payments
