If a courier delivers my Barclaycard Credit Card - should I expect to be asked any security questions?
We occasionally use courier companies to deliver Barclaycards to reduce the risk of them being intercepted on their way to you. The couriers we use will not ask you security questions such as; Mothers Maiden Name, Date of Birth and Place of Birth.
If you are contacted by someone claiming to be a courier representing us asking for these details, refuse and contact us immediately on 0844 811 9111* between 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week.
