What is the difference between Contents insurance and Buildings insurance?
Buildings insurance generally covers the structure of your home as well as certain permanent fixtures, fittings and pipe work. Contents insurance generally covers your personal possessions, which in broad terms would be anything you would tend to take with you when you move home.
