Yes, the Barclaycard Travel Insurance policy does not contain an exclusion relating to terrorism. Therefore, if medical expenses were incurred as a result of a terrorist incident overseas then full cover would be in place under the medical section of the policy. Likewise, valid personal accident claims arising due to terrorist events would be covered under this insurance.
