What if I have a disability that makes using my Barclaycard Chip and PIN difficult?

If you have a disability that makes it difficult for you to use or remember a PIN, call your card issuer for advice. If you have a Barclays debit card, contact any branch or Telephone Banking for help (the number is on your statements). If you have a Barclaycard, call 0844 811 9011*.

PIN keypads have been designed with features such as a raised dot on the number five key and have flexible leads to help customers with visual and mobility impairments.
