What happens if I don't have a PIN for my card?
If you have a Barclays debit card and you don't have a PIN, or don't know your existing PIN, contact your branch or Telephone Banking on 08457 555555 for help (the number is on your statement). If you have a Barclaycard, you will be sent your PIN (or a reminder of it) a few days before your new Chip & PIN card arrives. Because you will have to confirm your transactions with your PIN, it's more important than ever that you remember it.
