How do I unlock a locked PIN on my Barclaycard?
If you remember your PIN after it has been locked, you will be able to go to a cash machine to 'unlock' it. If you cannot remember your PIN, please call us and we will send you a PIN reminder. You will then need to go to a cash machine to unlock it.
Most Barclays cash machines will offer the option to unlock your PIN. Select 'PIN services' from the screen menu and the 'Unlock your PIN' option.
If you cannot remember the PIN for your Barclays debit card, contact your branch or Telephone Banking (the number is on your statement). If you need a reminder of the PIN for your Barclaycard, call 0844 811 9111*.
