What do I do if my PDQ terminal is not functioning correctly?

You should only use your manual imprinter as a back up if PDQ terminal is not functioning correctly, or if you have a power or telephone network failure. Complete the transaction using a manual voucher and then report all faults to our PDQ Helpdesk on 0844 811 6666*.

Please remember: Visa Electron & Maestro transactions can only be processed electronically and must not be taken on paper sales vouchers.
